Touchstone Shoppercentric promotes 4 after record year!

UK Based research consultancy Touchstone Shoppercentric announced 4 promotions within its team this week, following a record year.


Dr Marie Screene has been promoted to Head of Quantitative Research, Jasper Darby has been promoted to Research Manager, Hannah Daniels has been promoted to Senior Research Executive and Lauren Chappell has been promoted to Research Executive.


Touchstone Managing Director Jon Darby said “2023 was a pivotal year for us. Following tough trading conditions in 2022 we saw record sales in 2023, the team pulled out all the stops to achieve this and today we celebrate those that had significant personal growth over that time.”

We anticipate 2024 to be a transformative year, and we are actively looking to bring new talents on board in the near future.”


Touchstone, founded in 2002, acquired Shoppercentric in 2018. The combination of both companies provides in-depth insight to connect the consumer with the shopper and bring a rounded holistic view of the market to any brand owner.


In addition to their ad hoc research practice, Shoppercentric is frequently called on to speak at conferences and comment in national media. The firm publishes the widely read “Window On” magazine which explores shopping trends in the marketplace, issue number 53 is due for release next week.
